At Tramull, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a positive experience with our garden beds. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and hassle-free.
180-Day Free Returns
We have a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 180 days of receiving your garden beds for a full refund. After 30 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For any return questions, please contact us at support@tramullgardenbed.com.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please check the status of your shipment promptly upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with a clear photo (showing the label on the box and the tracking number label) or a video, so we can quickly assess and resolve the issue.
1. For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we cover the return shipping cost and will provide an electronic return label. You need to print and attach it to the outer package for return.
2. For returns due to personal reasons (except customized items), we accept returns within 7 working days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and no return label is provided.
3. Pre-order items can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Note: Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. If there is a defect, please contact us first at support@tramullgardenbed.com.
How to Returns & Refund
To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team via support@tramullgardenbed.com. We'll guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@tramullgardenbed.com to request a return. Provide your order details and proof of any defects with pictures or videos.
2. Our customer service team will review your return request within 2 business days. Please be patient during this time.
3. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Once you send the package, please provide us with the tracking number.
4. Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the items and verify the information within 3 business days.
5. If the inspection is successful, we will issue a refund via the original payment method or send the exchange items promptly. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take 5-7 business days to process the refund.
Note:
All products we ship are brand new. Returned products will undergo a strict inspection. Items showing signs of use will be sent back to the factory for reprocessing.
Please do not send your return items to the sender's address on your package. This is not the address for return and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact us to confirm the return address.
Please ensure that the garden beds are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns if the items do not meet these criteria or in non-salable condition. The customer will be notified via email and no refund will be given. A non-salable condition includes, but is not limited to, items that have been cut, marked, soiled, or wrinkled, or items that have absorbed a strong odor.
Exchanges
Exchange Option: If you prefer an exchange, we'll be happy to help. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll assist you in exchanging your garden beds for a different size or style.
Exchange Eligibility: Like returns, exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging. We'll arrange for the exchange process once we confirm the eligibility of the items.
Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
